WHY DOES MY NEW EPICUREAN PRODUCT HAVE A SLIGHT ODOR?

You may find your product has a particular new item smell. This is completely normal and should disappear after 3 to 4 runs through the dishwasher or a few more washes in warm, soapy water.

HOW DO I CLEAN MY EPICUREAN CUTTING BOARD OR KITCHEN UTENSIL?

The products are dishwasher safe or may be cleaned with warm, soapy water. Cleaning with diluted bleach will not harm the product but is unnecessary. Epicurean does not recommend harsh chemicals to clean the products. Natural cleansers may be used.

WHAT CAN I DO IF MY EPICUREAN CUTTING BOARD WARPS?

Minor warping may occur from time to time. Because Epicurean products are made from natural materials, some movement of the board in and of itself is normal. In most cases, warping may either self-correct or most likely will be able to be remedied by
